INFORME FINAL DE LABORESCOMITÉ DE LOGISTICA

En este informe daremos a conocer las dificultades que tuvimos, las posibles soluciones y los resultados en general de la actividad.   

DIFICULTADES 

La primera dificultad fue en el momento de solicitar el logo del evento al comité de comunicaciones estuvo un poco demorado, pues todavía no estaba bien definido cual iba a ser. 

La segunda fue con el Internet pues presento dificultades en el momento de enviar información por correo electrónico o también al subir información al blog. 

POSIBLES SOLUCIONES 

Respecto al logo le mandamos un correo electrónico al comité de comunicaciones solicitando el logo, poco tiempo después lo enviaron  pero después lo modificaron.  

En cuanto al manejo de la información por vía Internet lo cual era difícil, utilizamos las memorias USB con que se cuenta y pasábamos la información de un computador a otro.  

 CONCLUSIONES 

La disposición del grupo fue acorde a las necesidades que se requería con respecto al trabajo, además de que cada uno tuvo su aporte para el desarrollo de la actividad.  

Se tuvo un muy buen trabajo en equipo, gracias a la colaboración de todos, la entrega que se dispuso para el trabajo. 

A pesar del Internet, el correo electrónico fue una excelente vía para el flujo de información entre los diferentes comités. 

Gracias a los problemas que se presentaron, visualizamos varias alternativas de solución para avanzar por diferentes caminos pero llegar al mismo fin.

In this report we will disclose the difficulties we had, possible solutions and the overall results of the activity.



DIFFICULTIES

-- The first difficulty was at the time of requesting the event logo of the communications committee was somewhat delayed because it was not yet clear which was going to be.

-- The second was to the Internet as presenting difficulties at the time of sending information by e-mail or upload information to the blog.

POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS

-- Regarding the logo will send an email to the committee asking communications logo, a short time later sent him but then changed.


-- As for the handling of information via the Internet, which was difficult, we use the USB flash devices that are available and passed the information on one computer to another.



CONCLUSIONS

-- The provision of the group was in line with the needs that are required with respect to work, in addition to which each had its contribution to the development of the activity.

-- It was a very good teamwork, thanks to the collaboration of all, the delivery that was available for the job.

-- Despite the Internet, e-mail was an excellent way for the flow of information between the various committees.

-- Thanks to the problems that were presented, we look to a number of alternative solutions to move through different paths but achieving the same end.
